It may have taken 25 years, but the trend started with Clue has finally started catching on. A remake is in the works along with film versions of Monopoly, Battleship, Risk, Candyland and even a film based on the Ouija Board.
With the summer blockbuster season about to touch down we thought it would be a good idea to give some attention to a smaller film- indie superhero flick “Defendor”. We also reminisce about G.I. Joe and the A-Team, review the Blu Ray of Nightmare on Elm Street, and try to figure out what’s wrong with the Batman books.
We grew up in an age of interactive toys, super water guns, giant vehicles, and vast play sets. We even had metal cars that turn into robots.

To be honest some of these toys get pricey. The list works itself from cheapest to taking out a second mortgage, but your geek is worth it.

After watching the film again, in glorious Blu-ray I had a hankering for two things. The first was more Robert Downey Jr. or RDJ. Thankfully that wait grows shorter by the minute as Iron Man 2 is right around the corner. The second was for some more Sherlock Holmes.
